Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how rescheduling, cancellations and refunds work for paid consultations, projects and digital products from MRU Digitals. Questions? Email hello@mrudigitals.com.
1. Consultation fee
A consultation is a 30-minute online call (Google Meet). The fee is paid in advance when you book:

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed only after the payment succeeds.
2. Rescheduling
You can reschedule your consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, using the reschedule link in your booking confirmation email or by contacting us.
3. Cancellations and refunds
- Cancelled 24 hours or more before the call: full refund.
- Cancelled less than 24 hours before the call, or no-show: no refund.
- If we cancel or can’t attend: you can choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
- Payment taken but no booking created, or charged twice: contact us and we’ll refund the extra payment in full.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the credit. International payments are refunded in the currency you paid in.
5. How to cancel or request a refund
Email hello@mrudigitals.com with your name, the booked date and time, and your payment ID (shown in your payment receipt). You can also cancel using the link in your booking confirmation email.
6. Projects
Fees, payment milestones and refund terms for project work (AI videos, websites, pitch decks and automation) are set out in the written proposal or agreement for each project. Domain, hosting and other third-party costs are billed separately and are refundable only according to the third party’s own terms.
7. Digital products
Digital products from our store (such as PDF guides) are delivered by email as a download link once your payment is confirmed.
- Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered, except where the file can’t be delivered or you were charged twice.
- Didn’t receive your download? Check your Spam or Promotions folder, then email us with your order reference or payment ID and we’ll resend it. If we can’t deliver the file, we’ll refund you in full.
- Charged twice for the same order: we’ll refund the extra payment in full.
Approved refunds are paid as described in section 4.
