Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy explains what personal information MRU Digitals (“we”, “us”) collects through www.mrudigitals.com, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at hello@mrudigitals.com.
1. Information you give us
When you send a project enquiry or book a consultation, we collect:
- your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number and company name;
- the services you are interested in, your budget range and your message;
- your agreement to be contacted about your request by email and WhatsApp, which you give by submitting the form.
When you book a paid consultation, we also collect:
- the date and time you booked (through our scheduling provider, Cal.com);
- payment details needed to confirm your booking: the payment ID, amount, currency and status. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive or store your card, UPI or bank login details.
When you buy a digital product from our store, we collect:
- your name, email address and WhatsApp number (we send your purchase there and contact you about your order);
- the order and payment details: the product, order and payment IDs, amount, currency and status, and when your download link was sent and used.
If you log in to the store to see your purchases, we keep your email address, WhatsApp number and login times in your store account (provided by Supabase). We email you a one-time code to log in; there is no password. Your purchases are shown by matching the email address you used at checkout.
2. Information collected automatically
- Spam and abuse protection. To stop automated and repeated submissions, we store one-way, keyed hashes of your IP address, email address and phone number together with submission counts. These hashes cannot be turned back into the original values and are used only to apply submission limits.
- Bot check. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information about your browser and device to confirm that a real person is submitting the form.
-
Analytics (only with your consent). If you click “Accept” in our cookie banner, we use Google
Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you
arrived. Google Analytics sets the cookies
_gaand_ga_*. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and these cookies are not set. We never send your name, email, phone number or message to Google Analytics. - Your cookie choice. We remember whether you accepted or declined analytics in your browser’s local storage, so we don’t ask again on every visit.
3. How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project;
- to schedule your consultation, take payment for it and process any refund;
- to take payment for a digital product, email you its download link, help if it doesn’t arrive and process any refund;
- to log you in to your store account and show your purchases;
- to verify your email address and your WhatsApp number;
- to send you confirmation and follow-up messages about your enquiry by email and WhatsApp;
- to protect the website and our forms from spam, fraud and abuse;
- with your consent, to measure and improve the website using analytics.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal basis
Where data protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on: the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (responding to your enquiry); your consent (analytics cookies and WhatsApp messages, which you can withdraw at any time); and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and free of spam.
