The problem

Enquiries arrive from everywhere.

WhatsApp on two or three phones, website forms, Instagram messages and ad leads. Nobody has the full list.

Follow-ups depend on memory.

“I’ll call them tomorrow” is easy to say and easy to forget, especially in a busy week.

Customer details are scattered.

Phone contacts, spreadsheets and notebooks, each slightly different and none of them complete.

Nobody knows which leads need attention.

Which enquiry is waiting for a reply? Which deal has gone quiet? The answer is usually “let me check”.

Marketing is hard to track.

Broadcasts go out from personal phones and nobody can say which campaign or channel brought the enquiry.

Features

Shared Inbox

Your team replies from one place, with the customer’s details, lead status and owner beside the chat. See customer conversations in one place, and know who is replying to whom.

Leads & Contacts

Each lead is tagged with where it came from and its status. Each contact keeps phone, company, owner and history together. Keep enquiry details organised instead of spread across phones and sheets.

Follow-ups

Tasks are linked to the lead or deal, assigned to a person and sorted into Today, Upcoming and Overdue. Make the next action clear, so a warm enquiry isn’t left waiting.

Sales Pipeline

A board of deals by stage, from new enquiry to won, with each deal’s value and expected closing date. Understand which deals are moving and which have gone quiet.

Campaigns & Templates

Write message templates for WhatsApp’s review and plan campaigns to contacts who agreed to hear from you. Prepare and manage planned campaigns without broadcasting from a personal phone.

Automations

A visual builder for simple rules, like sending a welcome message, assigning a new lead or reminding someone when a chat has no reply. Fewer repetitive tasks for your team to remember.

Lead Sources

A single screen for the channels that bring you leads: website forms, ads, Instagram, spreadsheets and other tools. See which channels actually bring enquiries.

Analytics

Lead growth, sources, conversation volume, response times and campaign results in one view. Review business activity and decide what to do next.

Team

Owner, Admin, Sales Agent and Viewer roles, with invitations for new team members. Sales staff see their own leads; owners see everything.

AI Agents & Calls

Early concepts for an assistant that answers first questions and drafts replies, and for AI qualification calls. These are not working features. Explored as a future option. A person always stays in charge.

Planned integrations

This is the planned workflow; nothing is connected to real accounts yet.

  • WhatsApp conversations (Designed): Customer messages, their phone number and the conversation history.
  • Website forms (Designed): Name, phone, email and the enquiry message from a contact form.
  • Meta Lead Ads (Designed): Leads from Facebook and Instagram ad forms, with the campaign they came from.
  • Instagram enquiries (Planned): Direct messages and enquiries from your Instagram business profile.
  • CSV contact imports (Designed): Your existing customer list from a spreadsheet: names, numbers, tags and opt-in.
  • API / Webhooks (Planned): Leads sent automatically from other tools you already use, such as a booking system.

How it works

  1. An enquiry arrives: A customer messages on WhatsApp or fills in a website form. A lead is created and tagged with its source.
  2. A contact record is created: Phone, company, owner, status and tags are kept on one record, so nobody has to ask twice.
  3. Your team replies: The conversation is handled from the shared inbox, with internal notes beside the chat.
  4. A follow-up is scheduled: The next call or message gets a time and an owner, and shows up in their list for that day.
  5. The deal is tracked: It moves through your sales stages with its value and expected closing date.
  6. Results are reviewed: Owners look at leads, reply times and campaign results to decide what to do next.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Enna Nadakkudhu? for?

Businesses where several people handle customer enquiries, often on WhatsApp: small and medium businesses, digital marketing agencies, sales teams, education and training institutes, and service businesses such as clinics, real estate and travel.

Is the product available yet?

Not yet. It is in development, and we’re inviting businesses to early access in stages. We haven’t announced a launch date.

Which integrations are planned?

WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, website forms, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Lead Ads, Instagram enquiries, spreadsheet (CSV) imports and an API / webhooks for other tools. Some are already designed; none are connected to real accounts yet. We’ll confirm what is available before anyone starts using the product.

How will WhatsApp onboarding work?

The plan is for each business to connect its own WhatsApp Business number through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), with message templates approved by WhatsApp. It will not use personal WhatsApp accounts or WhatsApp Web automation. We’ll guide early access businesses through the setup when it is ready.

How can my business join early access?

Fill in the early access form on this page, or message us on WhatsApp. We’ll get in touch for a short call to understand how you work, then invite businesses in stages as the product becomes ready.

Is pricing final?

No. Pricing hasn’t been decided. Joining the early access list is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. We’ll share pricing before anyone is asked to pay.

What happens to the details I send?

They are used only to contact you about Enna Nadakkudhu? early access, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. Data handling terms for the product itself will be published before launch.
